Crew Group’s (NYSE:JCG) million settlement of a lawsuit over its proposed takeover by TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners LP has fallen apart, according to a Bloomberg report, which cited a lawyer for J. Crew investors. J Crew iscurrently above its 50-day moving average (MA) of .20 and above its 200-day of .02.
